Public bug reported:
When gdm starts, the bottom 100px or so of the screen are briefly filled
with random garbage. This only lasts for a second or so. Graphics are
fine otherwise.
I am using feisty on a Samsung X20 laptop with an Intel 915GM graphics
card at 1400x1050 (set by 915resolution).
Please let me know what information I can provide to help fix this bug.
