This is mostly fine.  Packaging is OK, basically just a pile of data
files, no critical bugs, builds fine, has autopilot tests and good
autolanding practices.

However, it needs a team bug subscriber.  Some team should be looking
after this package in Ubuntu.

Note that there's no need for ubuntu-html5-theme-autopilot to leave
universe.  But the main theme can go to main.
