Chris, it would be best to further parse down this report from:
USB Printer & HDD external can't wake up after a moment of time
to one of either:
USB Printer needs replug to work after boot
or:
External HDD takes 10/20 seconds after wake up after standby.
This is how triaging one device at a time on a report will allow one to
find a fix faster than attempting two poorly. Hence, which one device
and corresponding problem would you like to focus on here? As well, a
new report would be made focusing on the other device and it's specific
problem.
