You have been subscribed to a public bug: The tzdata file states that, for 2013, summer time ends on September 8. However, Israeli law was recently changed, and summer time will in fact last till October 6 (see Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel_Summer_Time#Summer_time_start_and_end_dates_2013.E2.80.932018). As a result, Ubuntu systems in Israel currently have clocks reading one hour earlier than they should.
This does not seem to be an Ubuntu-specific issue, but instead coming from upstream. ** Affects: tzdata (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: israel timezone tzdata -- Invalid daylight savings time dates for Israel in 2013 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1222340 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
