--devel-release is an option for saucy. Could you cd into /tmp/ubuntu-
release-upgrader-XYZ/ and run 'sudo ./saucy --help'? Thanks in advance.
Additionally, knowing the version of the release upgrader, found in
DistUpgradeVersion.py in the same folder would be helpful.
