Note that the package released by Lenovo in June updated the ECP but the BIOS
hasn't been updated since 2012
(http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS013563).
The bug still reproduces with kernels
3.10.11-031011-generic #201309080217
and
3.11.0-7-generic #13-Ubuntu
