Apologies Tony, I failed to enter any machine specific info. So, this was observed on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I've double checked with today's image and the "Operation currently not available" messages only appear when I don't have a SIM in the phone.
SIM removed: polls: 1.35/sec recvmsg: 1.30/sec sendmsg: 0.80/sec read: 0.93/sec write: 1.2667/sec SIM inserted: polls: 1.2666/sec recvmsg: 0.9666/sec sendmsg: 0.80/sec read: 0.86666/sec write: 0.9333/sec So the SIM removed case seems to generate a little more message traffic. As it stands, the CPU loading is about 0.03%, so it is quite low, and we're seeing just ~6-7 context switches a second. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1221829 Title: ofonod is polling fairly regularly To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ofono/+bug/1221829/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
