The patch: "tcp: fix incorrect ca_state in tail loss probe" has not made
it into Linus's tree as of yet. When it does, we can perform a cherry-
pick into Saucy. If it is cc'd to stable, it will automatically be
included in Saucy through the normal stable release update process.
Are you able to reproduce this bug easily? If so, was it introduced in
the v3.10 kernel and not exist in earlier kernels? If that is the case,
we might be able to revert the commit that introduced this, until the
fix lands upstream.
