Umm, libqalculate is a Universe package and as far as I know has never been translated in Launchpad. We don't use the language packs in Universe. This package is straight from Debian, we didn't modify anything. All we did was rebuild it on an Ubuntu infrastructure. I guess something must have gone wrong somewhere along the line.
Wouter, please keep in mind that we are all contributing our time as well. We can't always get to everything and we can't always chase down every problem. In this case I don't know what we're supposed to update to. We have the latest package from Debian.
