On my laptop I have upgraded to plasma-nm 0.9.3.1 and
libnetworkmanagerqt0 0.9.0.1 packages from saucy-proposed and
successfully connected to my home, office and KDE barcelona office
network, both wired and wifi.

On a frash install of Kubuntu 13.10 in virtualbox I logged in and
plasma-nm connected to the fake ethernet connection. I installed
plasma-nm 0.9.3.1 and libnetworkmanagerqt0 0.9.0.1 from saucy-proposed
and logged out/in and it successfully kept the plasma widget in the
panel (checking the config file I see it has been renamed to the old
name).
