fix no works on ubuntu 13.10

i installed build-essential, fakeroot, dkms and system is up to date.
I think keep ubuntu 13.10 one or two weeks, after I will reinstall ubuntu 12.04
(LTS) where the fix work (I will use sd card for chrismas time).
