I'm here on Pitti's advice from bug #1251054 -- my networking wouldn't come back from a suspend, then finally I couldn't invoke suspend from the gear-menu or by closing my laptop lid, but pm-suspend worked.
I've been running systemd-shim version 5-0ubuntu0.0pitti1 for several days on 13.10 without either problem. The previous problems were not 100% reliable (details are complicated and probably uninteresting), but I'd have expected to see one or the other at least once by now. When the SRU details are filled in I'll be happy to verification-done this bug if the problem hasn't recurred by then. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1252121 Title: missing PrepareForSleep signal after resuming, causing networking to stay disabled To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd-shim/+bug/1252121/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
