Hi Jack, pishuilu proposed to add something like first run at the start time of a user's session, so basically a program is started every login, and it'll create the shortcut if the user's session is Ubuntu Kylin AND the program never detects it never created a shortcut before (by detecting if a hidden file is exist in user's home dir). Do you think this is working for you?
