I can also confirm this. I can get the higher resolution, but only at low frequency.
Previously, I have been able to run the MGA200 at 1024x768 at 85Hz. Now, if I try this the monitor shows a message saying not able to sync. Dell Optiplex PC running Xubuntu Edgy with latest updates.
