Got that issue on my Ubuntu i386 system: - unity-greeter is installed by default as expected - but i'm using gnome-shell which install gdm's packages
- lightdm is choosen in my case, but switching to gdm does resolve that issue. So it seems that the ancient unity-greeter bug is back again. Other sad effects: - if unity-greeter is uninstalled (so using lightdm-greeter-gtk 1.6.1-0ubuntu2) then 'nouveau" is loaded in low graphic mode - got garbage colors for the lightdm screen -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/921097 Title: No "session-change" icon after logout visible To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity-greeter/+bug/921097/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
