Having the same in Ubuntu 13.10,
@fkalman a note for using aptitude,
an sudo aptitude safe-upgrade works, but seems to remove some packages :
icu-tools{u} libcmis-0.3-3{u} libpoppler28{u} openjdk-7-jre-lib{u}. I
wouldn't use aptitude as a workaround.
