Ok, started looking at this. With 0.1+14.04.20140203.is.0.1+14.04.20140107-0ubuntu1 if I start the package via 'start application APP_ID=...' it doesn't start and the upstart log shows me: /usr/bin/ubuntu-html5-app-launcher: 1: /usr/bin/ubuntu-html5-app-launcher: Syntax error: "&" unexpected (expecting ")")
