Thanks for taking the time and reporting the bug, however KDE SC 4.8 is not
supported anymore, would it be possible for you to test this against KDE SC
4.12.2 or higher via the Kubuntu backports PPA and check if this issue still
happens? If it does, please report a bug on http://bugs.kde.org
