Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

When I click on a window's titlebar to raise it, it leaps about wildly.
The first time I saw this I assumed that it was a window manager glitch,
but it's repeatable and after playing with it a couple of times I
realise what it is: it's pretending that it has to slide the front
window aside to get at the back one.

This is a very alarming effect and should be disabled. If bling is
desired for this operation, something less freaky should be used
instead.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
