When copying a file to a ntfs formatted volume thunar displays an error message 
"Error setting permissions.". This message is always shown irrespective of the 
source file location i.e it is in a ntfs partition or ext4 partition.
But the file is being copied successfully. Only that the error message is 
displayed when it is not an error.
