resolvconf this way discards essential information. THIS IS A BUG. If
you wont fix it -- OK. but setting this to "Invalid" isn't helpful in
any way. The discarded information is lost. Not only keeping dnsmasq
from working -- it breaks *ALL* local resolvers.
