I guess the bug report tool in Gutsy now works, after installing Gutsy tribal 5 and reinstalling gcalctool. That is: information concerning the "problem" is collected, after which Launchpad is opened. It was not slow either as someone else reported it was.
So why it did not work in Gutsy tribal 4 (and 3, on this same computer) I don't know but in tribal 5 it seems OK.
