I will ask around on IRC later today to see if distros other than Ubuntu are reporting this problem. One thing that is interesting is that after F-Spot fails, and announces it can't import the file, I usually cancel the import operation. If I restart F-Spot I will find a thumbnail of the offending file in F-Spot. Note: F-Spot doesn't import the file, and I can not open the photo, edit it, etc. but it is in the database, there is a thumbnail and I can attach tags to it. I have attached PICT2196.jpg to this bug report. It opens in eog, gimp, and F-Spot Image Viewer without any problems. I do not believe the photo is the problem, but I did attach it. --andy ** Attachment added: "This picture (and many others) cause F-Spot's import operation to fail." http://launchpadlibrarian.net/8982811/PICT2196.jpg -- f-spot refuses to import, System.NullReferenceException: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/133425 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
