Oh, you can fix this by fixing line 132 in /usr/bin/auto-apt:
From: 
ARCH=$(dpkg --print-installation-architecture)

To:
ARCH=$(dpkg --print-architecture)

That was just a warning, so I didn't report any bug yet : ) .
