I believe you have hardware problems:

[ 5735.628897] [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged
[ 6103.051793] CPU1: Core temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled
(total events = 4222)
[ 6103.051798] CPU0: Package temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled
(total events = 20976)
[ 6103.051802] CPU1: Package temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled
(total events = 20976)
[ 6103.053770] CPU1: Core temperature/speed normal
[ 6103.053774] CPU0: Package temperature/speed normal
[ 6103.053775] CPU1: Package temperature/speed normal
[ 6141.037069] [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged

First make sure your CPU fans, heatsinks, etc., aren't clogged with
dust. Then check if your heatsink is properly adhered to your CPU -- too
much or too little thermal paste can both be problems.

Good luck.
