as a side note 2: as freedesktop specification states: $XDG_DATA_DIRS/icons specifies places where icons should be searched for. As far as /usr/share/icons/hicolor is specified in that var, no additional actions are required for the menulibre installer. For some reason my system doesn't look into the /usr/share/icons/hicolor folder and also there's no icon-theme.cache file created there. Some package is still missing I suppose by me. I suppose this bug should be marked as invalid. Sorry for spamming
