Some additional information for #6: nouveau_acpi.c calls _DSM with params[3].type = ACPI_TYPE_BUFFER and params[3].type = ACPI_TYPE_INTEGER, and the errors complains that driver's implementation does not meet ACPI's spec. NV's closed-source driver seem to have the same problem. I suspect whether NV mis- understood _DSM - however, The ACPI's ASL code does not use Arg3 (Argument #4), and it means it has no impacts.
