I was able to boot off a Gutsy Gibbons Tribe 5 Live CD for desktop, without any problems. I couldn't test burning, as I only have one optical drive, from which I run the live environment. Attached is a tarball with the relevant logs.
As this has been marked as "won't fix" for the current release that I am using, is there anything I can do to work around this issue until Gutsy Gibbons is released? (apart from upgrading to the test-release of Gutsy Gibbons) Thanks ** Attachment added: "Tarball of requested terminal output (dmesg.log etc...)" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9034714/logs.tar.gz -- DVD drive read error while disk is detected / mounted correctly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/133365 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
