I am new to this system, but I also have the same error like firs person posted
this. I tried to follow link to duplicate bug

This page does not exist, or you may not have permission to see it.
My system is fresh install, and after error occurs system seems to work
ok. Bug first apeared after installation of updates on fresh install of
Lubuntu 14.04 from CD (x64). After first apearance of error, I have
tried to update my nVidia drivers aswell and did apt-get update/upgrade
process in console, but this steps did not help. Any additional steps I
can make to get rid of this error? Or is it trivial, since my system
seems to work ok..
