Same issue for my Dell vostro 3560 with Intel/AMD hybrid graphic system.
#56's fix does not the trick for me. I open the lid, login to unlock the screen 
and get  a black screen.  I use « xrandr --auto » to reset the screen where  
the mouse cursor is available.
