same Problem with newer indicator-datetime-service.
Workaround after every suspend:
kill $(pidof indicator-datetime-service)
root@lucie:/var/log# lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
Release: 12.04
root@lucie:/var/log# apt-cache policy indicator-datetime
indicator-datetime:
Installiert: 0.3.94-0ubuntu2
Kandidat: 0.3.94-0ubuntu2
