I am using Linux Mint 17, Cinnamon 64 bit 2.2.16 on Inspiron 11 - 3147 Tried v3.17-rc2 utopic... touch screen did not work. returned to v3.16.1... touch sceen ok. still waiting for shutdown/reboot fix.
