thank you very much for the fast reply. I agree on the fast fixing of the 
exploit.
I supplied it as an example that such things are possible.

I am already looking into the apparmor/selinux stuff and try to fiddle
around with it - tough i am quite new to this and it could take some
time to provide something useful.

In the meantime - as a workaround - running wine as another user should
do the trick.
