libwfmath-1.0-dev is now available from wfmath 1.0.2+dfsg1-0.2ubuntu1 in
Ubuntu Utopic, so mercator 0.3.2-1.1 built fine. (Except ppc64el but
that seems to be a separate problem).
Thus, this issue can be considered fixed.
