Yes, you have misunderstood me. The Administration folder was not actually moved.
Picture this non-related example. 1- Open Nautilus to somewhere on your computer with your files. 2- Click and drag on one of your files 3- Drag it to over the desktop, but DON'T let go 4- Drag it back over to the folder in Nautilus where it came from and let go. Now, nothing has changed. You file is still in the same folder, because you never let go of your drag outside the folder in Nautilus. With the Main Menu settings, if you do the same as the example above with menu items - not just Administration - the menu item will disappear.
