dino99, please do not remove, nor change kernel tags when simply testing
a new Ubuntu release. The default Ubuntu kernel is not an upstream
kernel.

Despite this, this next step is to test the latest mainline kernel via
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.17-rc6-utopic/ , and
advise if this is reproducible.
