Yuv, just to clarify, debugging an issue (ex. bisecting) is not fixing a bug, and in turn does not fit the definition of In Progress. If you are a developer, are going to take code you just wrote (not code you are bisecting) and will imminently submit this as a patch following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Patches for inclusion into Ubuntu, then please advise to this.
Otherwise, please do not toggle the Status to In Progress, nor mark yourself as Assigned to. Instead, when your bisect is done, please mark this Confirmed. As well, the article https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status has been updated to further mitigate your confusion. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: In Progress => Incomplete ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Assignee: Yuv (yuv) => (unassigned) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1368908 Title: [Sony VAIO SVP13215CDB] suspend/resume failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1368908/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
