Might have occurred right after a "mwait" instruction (which may have
caused the HW to go into a c-state).

The bad thing is that NMI can occur from any other CPU from some other
instruction being executed on another CPU. To confirm this behavior we
should have only 1 CPU enabled on the server (thus the NMI would FOR
SURE have been generated from that CPU and the seen instruction).
