Hi Ubuntu,

We have noticed that the powerpc and ppc64el server ISO images do not
include the netboot kernel/initrd, as do the amd64 ISOs. There are
other kernel/initd on the disc but they are apparently not suitable for
netboot (i.e.. missing network drivers) and so we need to bring in the
netboot files from some other source (download).

This is also a issue for mgmt systems such as xCAT, which typically set
up netboot by pulling the kernel/initrd off the ISO. So, xCAT can do
this for amd64, but not for ppc.

Is there a reason why this is? If not, we would like to have the
netboot kernel/initrd included on the ISO. Can we do this?
