I don't believe the change to /etc/acpi/ibm-wireless.sh is correct.

+rfkill list | grep tpacpi_bluetooth_sw || exit 0

If a machine has wireless but no bluetooth antenna, this change has the
affect of preventing the switch from toggling the wireless state.
That's not what we want to have happen here.
