additional explanation of the v2 patch: that "rfkill list | grep tpacpi_bluetooth_sw || exit 0" only skips new using-general-acpi-event and having-no-thinkpad-bt models, which falls back to the state without this patch, wifi could be toggled(but bt couldn't), so it's safe and what we expect.
