------- Comment From [email protected] 2015-04-06 09:26 EDT------- On the legacy hierarchy, cpuset.cpus changes with hotplug. It does not on the unified/default hierarchy. The issue arises because cpuset.cpus changes in the legacy hierarchy and the effective cpus is equivalent to it.
