#63 solved my issue too. Ubuntu 14.04.2 Unity. Behaviour: some shortcut key combinations were not working suddenly. f.e. ctrl+alt+T and custom shortcuts did not, but alt+TAB did work And just Super key long press did work too, but not a combination with it. In CCSM disabled Commands completely, after that all shortcuts were working again. After enablling Commands in CCSM again, all were still working.
