I think this is kind of OK, since we're using development version of ubuntu, if 
we were in feisty this should never happen, at least without warning or 
informing the user, but in gutsy I believe this is part of a normal transition 
so I'm tempted to mark this as invalid.
Anyhow I think a clear and visible reference to this change would be a plus, or 
hopefully implement this without disabling the already working features such as 
scrolling and tapping to have a smooth transition, but what's done it's done.
I'm very pleased being able to manage this features in a very easy way.
