This log is showing processes dying fairly randomly:
ubiquity: Starting up '['sh', '-c',
'/usr/lib/ubiquity/localechooser/post-base-installer &&
/usr/lib/ubiquity/localechooser/finish-install']' for
ubiquity.components.language_apply.LanguageApply

The log shows a lot of errors related to
/usr/share/i18n/locales/iso14651_t1, which amount to "this file seems to
have lots of one-bit errors in it", and they don't match up with the
real file in the locales package. Basically, your CD is broken. I'd
start by burning the CD at a lower speed and cleaning your drive lens
with an off-the-shelf cleaning kit, and then I'd perform a CD integrity
check before trying to install again. Good luck.
