"gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor '1.0'"

Yes, this is a workaround, but it does not allow you to use font
scaling. In case one wants to use a different scaling factor, like me,
because I have sight problems and I want to put as little stress on my
eyes as possible, this is not the solution.

I did not give up and finally I have found a solution to permanently
disable this bug:

"gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Interface.app-fallback-to-maximum-
scale-factor false"

I don't think this is the final fix for the bug, it just disables it
from being triggered again when I reboot my Ubuntu.
