The problem is that, as long as a display is connected to the integrated
GPU, gpu-manager will use it and offload rendering to one of the nvidia
GPUs. I'm not sure how SLI works with that. You can try booting with the
"nogpumanager" (from the grub menu), then generate the xorg.conf that
you need and restart X, to see if that works.
