OK, adding a wine menu was actually easy. I've had to create a submenu anywhere and then move it to top level. The "gerbv" package is also affected by this bug. It is also placed in the lost & found submenu. Even when removing and reinstalling by using sudo apt-get remove gerbv, sudo apt-get install gerbv.
