@myramenisgone - so the xorg-edgers PPA fixes this for you on 15.04? I haven't yet filed an upstream bug because I still haven't figured out whether this is a bug in the kernel vs. xserver-xorg-video-intel, etc.
But if the xorg-edgers PPA fixes this for you on 15.04, that's an extremely helpful hint.
