Unfortunately, LO 4.4.3 is not available via an official Ubuntu
repository.

Also, as WORKAROUNDs are not fixes, this would not fit the criteria of
Fix Released as defined in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status .

As well, this is still reproducible in the latest version of LO
available in an official Ubuntu repository.

  pasted into the cell, and 30,000 is pasted into the cell to the right.
  
  WORKAROUND: Use AbiWord.
